Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
